So What Is A Street Team?

A marketing or "street" team, simply put, is a group of people located in different areas who will assist in executing a particular band or artists' marketing, expanding its reach to other territories. Putting street teams together is a very cost-effective way of helping Rye Artists with their marketing efforts.


What We're Looking For

Rye is seeking Representatives throughout the US to join specific Rye Artists' street teams to help promote local, hometown talent online and offline. We need creative, hard working, innovative and accountable people who are interested in joining the Rye Community and earning career experience in the music industry.


But What Difference Can I Make For A Band In My Small Town?

Even if the team only consists of five reps in your hometown, that's five more people than the artist had dedicated to his/her cause before you joined the team. If the artist and street team work hard, you will grow together. Furthermore, street reps can significantly help to identify the most appropriate places for the artists to play in their local markets, and help them make the right contacts and secure gigs there.

What You Need To Do

Develop and execute creative ideas of marketing our artists both online and offline.

Distribute stickers, posters, flyers, cards, and other promotional goods at local concert events, record stores, and other places where music lovers are likely to be found.

Be our eyes and ears by providing regular feedback about the promotional and marketing missions we set forth.
